CLAV 2023 encourages submission of works under the theme "Ubiquitous retailing: new technologies transforming the consumer journey", such as:

Check the instructions for each modality (scientific paper, executive paper, working papers, doctoral consortium, scientific initiation, teaching case, Professional Master's consortium) and submit your work.

 
We also welcome papers out of the CLAV 2023 theme, which are aligned with the conference’s tracks.
